Baila con Gusto Montreal is the most popular and glamorous weekly salsa/bachata party in downtown Montreal. It is hosted by the owners of Espace des Arts (9 Rue Sainte-Catherine Est). 3 rooms. Free dance classes start at 8h30pm. Shows at 11pm.

Cactus is an institution of the plateau. Right next to the metro Mt-Royal it has seen generations of dancers grow and flourish. Cactus is the house to the Salsa Etc and Victor Alexis dance schools and DJ Harold HD El Diferente. On the weekends its less oriented towards dancing crowd and more towards young Latinos.
Open 7 days per week, 6/49 is a family-run Latin nightclub featuring free dance lessons, DJ nights & weekly live music. Mondays: FREE Beginner Salsa class from 9:30 to 10:30 pm. Tuesdays: FREE Kizomba class from 9:30 to 10:30 pm. Wednesdays: FREE Intermediate Salsa class from 9:30 to 10:30 pm.

Since December 2015, IllumiNights has been coming up with some of the largest and most surprising Latin dance and music events in Canada. Taking place in churches, theaters and some very unusual venues, IllimiNights has been integrating theater, circus, immersive technology and storytelling into events that push the boundaries of imagination.

For years now, the Salsafolie Events and its fearless, tireless and perpetually entertaining founder and CEO Annie Joubert have been drawing great crowds especially in Summer. Currently hosting Latin music skating events every Wednesday at 6pm at Nartel skating ring in Old Montreal.
Salsatheque is Montreal’s oldest latin club with mostly reggaetón and Latino pop music with some salsa and bachata in between. It’s loud, in-your-face and makes no apologies for its flamboyant attitude. Since the late 70s, young and old Latinos have shaken their hips on the illuminated disco dance floor.
